Audio-quality and efficiency pass. No parameter or preset changes — projects saved with 1.0.0 load unchanged.

Fixed

  • Smoother Size and Pre-Delay — both are now ramped per sample, so dragging or automating them no longer zippers or clicks the delay taps.
  • Output can no longer exceed 0 dBFS — a transparent-below-threshold soft clip catches peaks from hot settings (high decay/shimmer, or Mix at 100%) without colouring normal-level material.

Changed

  • The octave/fifth pitch-shifters are skipped when Shimmer (or Fifth) is at zero, lowering CPU on the hot path.
  • Cached parameter lookups in the audio callback (internal; no audible change).
