Do I need an account?

No. None of our products have accounts or sign-up. Download and start making sound.

Do you collect any data?

No. Our apps and plugin make no network calls and contain no analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the full details, product by product.

Aether Jam & Aether Learn (iOS)

Where are my recordings saved?

Recordings from Aether Jam are written to local files on your device. Open the Files app to find, move, or share them. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Do the apps work offline?

Yes, entirely. They make no network calls, so everything works with no connection.

I hear no sound. What should I check?

Make sure your device isn't on silent mode and the volume is up. Headphones are recommended for the best low end. In Aether Jam, check that the track isn't muted from the stack view.

What devices are supported?

Both apps run on iPhone with iOS 17 or later.

Aether Reverb (macOS plugin)

What formats and systems are supported?

Aether Reverb builds as a universal (Apple Silicon + Intel) VST3 and Audio Unit that load on macOS 10.13 or later.

My DAW doesn't see the plugin.

Make sure the plugin is in your user plug-in folder — VST3 in ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/ and AU in ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ — then rescan plugins in your DAW.
